[00:00:10] Well, good morning. I have to turn my mic on. I think that would be important.
[00:00:17] There we go.
[00:00:19] All right.
[00:00:21] You know, it was kind of interesting. I'm standing there and enjoying the worship, and this happens to me every once in a while.
[00:00:30] I'm speaking somewhere.
[00:00:33] I'm kind of getting into the worship, and then I kind of forget that I have to speak.
[00:00:40] And so then that happened. And I think that's a really good thing. It means the Lord, his presence is here.
[00:00:48] Yeah, I just. I just love it.
[00:00:51] I love coming here. You all are so sweet. You're sweet to me. And I can sense the sweet fragrance of the Lord every time I come here. And I know that Craig, your pastor, who I've known for a long time, he tells me this. He said, this is. This is the sweetest ministry season that I can remember.
[00:01:14] And I know that he loves you guys and really enjoys being your pastor. So love on him back, would you?
[00:01:21] That would be great.
[00:01:23] All right, so let's head into this.
[00:01:27] There are 34 distinct miracles recorded in the Gospels, and countless went unrecorded. John's Gospel highlights seven of these miracles. And in John's Gospel, he actually calls them signs. So seven signs of Jesus miraculous power in the Gospel of John.
[00:01:58] So let's read about Jesus first recorded miracle in the Gospel of John. And then what we're going to do is we're going to pull four takeaways. Now, there's more, but we're going to. We're going to pull four takeaways out of this particular miracle.
[00:02:26] On the third day, there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee. The mother of Jesus was there. Jesus was also invited to the wedding with his disciples.
[00:02:42] When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, they have no more wine.
[00:02:47] And Jesus said to her, woman, what does this have to do with me?
[00:02:51] My hour has not yet come.
[00:02:54] His mother said to the servants, do whatever he tells you.
[00:02:58] Now, there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding 20 or 30 gallons.
[00:03:07] Jesus said to the servants, fill the jars with water. And they filled them up to the brim.
[00:03:13] And he said to them, now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast. So they took it. When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine and did not know where it came from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. The master of the feast called the bridegroom.
[00:03:31] And he said to him, everyone serves the good wine first. And when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.
[00:03:41] This is the first of his signs. Jesus did at Cana in Galilee and manifested his glory.
[00:03:48] And his disciples believed in him.
[00:03:53] So how many of you have read that story and heard that, right? I mean, we've read it, we're accustomed to it. How many of you have read something in the Bible and then maybe you've read it a year later and, and you're like, did they put that in there? Because I don't remember that.
[00:04:11] You know, that happens. And I think it all hinges on where we are spiritually at the moment.
[00:04:20] So in this first miracle, Jesus turns water to wine.
[00:04:27] That's quite a miracle, isn't it?
[00:04:29] Right, let's look at it in molecular terms.
[00:04:36] So Jesus, in minutes, no laboratory, no ingredients like grapes, no any other chemicals. He took C6H12O6 plus 2 ADP plus 2 NAD plus 2 CH3 CoC, COO, plus 2 ATP plus 2 NADH plus 2 H2O plus 2H and equaled C2H5. Oh. And not just regular C2H5. Oh. But fine, C2H5 oh.
[00:05:24] Now that's a miracle, right?
[00:05:28] Of course.
[00:05:31] So why did Jesus do it?
[00:05:34] Did he do it to show off?
[00:05:37] No.
[00:05:39] Did it directly save a life at this wedding? And the answer to that is no, not at the wedding.
[00:05:49] So why would he do it? Why would Jesus intervene in this situation?
[00:05:58] Well, here's our first point.
[00:06:00] It's because Jesus cares about the practical things in our life.
[00:06:05] Now we're not sure what happened. Maybe the wedding planner messed up, maybe he misread the number of guests on the list. Maybe the guests drank too much, maybe the disciples drank too much.
[00:06:21] But whatever the case, they ran out of wine midway through a week long celebration.
[00:06:31] And in 1st century Palestine, running out of wine meant public shame for the groom and the family.
[00:06:40] And with this first miracle that John records, Jesus reveals that he cares about all the details of our life.
[00:06:52] Now, can Jesus move mountains? Absolutely.
[00:06:56] And he has in our lives, but he can and he will provide for the practical things in our lives.
[00:07:06] Also, about a month ago, I was getting ready to preach and I was sitting in the front row at Compass, that's where I'm from. And there was 30 seconds left and that the service was going to start and I realized I didn't have any mints.
[00:07:29] Now for most of you, you're like, well, what's the big deal? For us pastors, mints are critical.
[00:07:35] So, so anyway, I'm like, oh my gosh, I gotta have my mints. So I left the worship center. It's about 100 yards to the office. So I slipped out and I went over there and I went to get my mints. And now here's what happens.
[00:07:54] I realized that my message was on the desk that I was about to preach.
[00:08:03] You see what I'm getting at?
[00:08:04] You see, Jesus cares about the practical things in our lives.
[00:08:11] Back in 2005, my wife Laura, and my daughter, who was 1 years old at that time, we lived in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We moved there in August of that year. And anyone remember what happened in Louisiana that year?
[00:08:30] It was a little storm came ashore by the name of Katrina.
[00:08:37] So we were a part of a school and a church there. And we had this quick meeting and decided that we were going to be a shelter for the evacuees that came out of New Orleans.
[00:08:50] So we put a sign out in front of our church and. And people began to show up, a lot of people, like 150 people.
[00:09:01] And something else also happened which was really beautiful. The people in the neighborhood began to bring donations in.
[00:09:11] You know, practical donations like a toothbrush or shoes or shirts or underwear. And. And they just, they poured in because the people that came to our shelter that left New Orleans, they left with nothing. They got in their cars and they left. They had nothing.
[00:09:32] So we were so grateful that all these donations poured in. In fact, we had so much donations that we had a specific room that was probably about the size of this. And we had a wonderful volunteer team that, that came in and organized all the different donations that came in. You know, shirts and even sizes and shoes and the sizes and toothpaste and everything. Moose, whatever it was.
[00:10:00] And the people in the shelter, what they would do is they would come to this particular room and what we had, we had kind of a couple of tables so they couldn't just rush into the room, but they came up to the table and they would say to whoever was working, you know what I really need? A size 8 and a half tennis shoe, if you have that.
[00:10:24] And whoever was working would say, hey, let me go check. And so they'd go back to this room and they find the eight and a half tennis shoe and bring it to the person. And it was awesome. And that happened continually. God was so faithful that those folks time and time again received exactly what they needed in exactly the right size.
[00:10:49] Well, this one day I was there and I was the only one kind of manning our store.
[00:10:57] And a woman came up and she said, I need an upper undergarment.
[00:11:07] We all Know what that is, right?
[00:11:10] And she said, I need a bra. And I believe me, trust me.
[00:11:17] I was looking her right in the eyes, right? That's it, the whole time.
[00:11:23] But I couldn't help but notice something.
[00:11:28] And so she told me the exact size that she needed.
[00:11:33] And I mean, I'm hoping I was pretty stone faced, but I'm not sure. And I'm thinking there's no way we're going to have that.
[00:11:44] And she said, I actually need two.
[00:11:47] And here's what she said, the Lord will provide.
[00:11:51] And I'm like, right.
[00:11:56] So I go into the room and you know, I'm thinking the whole time, lord, I don't know how you're going to do this one.
[00:12:05] But I get there and guess what?
[00:12:08] 2.
[00:12:09] Brand new.
[00:12:11] So I pick him up and of course, you know, now I'm like all like, oh, Mr. Yeah, the faithfulness of God. And the whole time I'm thinking, we don't have it. Not a chance. And she said, well, I knew he would.
[00:12:26] And so what's my point? What's the first point in this message? Is that according to my encounter, right, a month ago that happened and my encounter in Baton Rouge, and I believe all of us probably are thinking about those times where God came, came through practically for you.
[00:12:51] We come to a place of realizing that Jesus does care, certainly about the big needs, but he also cares about the practical needs.
[00:13:01] Here's takeaway number two.
[00:13:04] God arranges defining moments in our lives.
[00:13:10] Back to our passage.
[00:13:12] On the third day there was a wedding at Cana and in Galilee.
[00:13:18] And midway through this wedding, God arranged a defining moment.
[00:13:26] And this defining moment occurred when Mary, the mother of Jesus said, they have no more wine.
[00:13:37] For 30 years, Jesus was known as the carpenter's kid.
[00:13:42] He was known as later on, the cabinet maker.
[00:13:47] But on the third day of this week long wedding feast, the cabinet maker became the miracle maker.
[00:13:55] And this moment launched Jesus public ministry.
[00:14:00] And how many of us know there are days and then there are days and there are days when we break them down into moments that can define the rest of our lives.
[00:14:18] We have days that have defining moments.
[00:14:24] And these defining moments are God arranged.
[00:14:29] These defining moments can change the trajectory of our life.
[00:14:36] And these defining moments can also change the trajectory of other people.
[00:14:44] A defining moment happened in my life years back, probably 27ish.
[00:14:57] And it was a beautiful summer day in August.
[00:15:01] And I had great plans like any guy has on a summer day in August that they're off.
[00:15:09] So my day was, I'm going to play Golf.
[00:15:14] And then I'm going to barbecue, and then I'm going to go to a baseball game. Right, guys? I mean, that sounds like a perfect summer day.
[00:15:21] And that was my plan.
[00:15:24] But while I was warming up on the driving range prior to my golf round, I received a phone call.
[00:15:32] And the phone call was a very good friend of mine. He was the father of a son, and this son's name was Gary. And he was a bit frantic on the phone, and he said, paul, I just found my son Gary, and he's in the basement, and he's curled up in the corner with about four or five vodka bottles around him.
[00:15:57] And he is not with it at all. And I think he's gonna die.
[00:16:05] And then he said, will you help me?
[00:16:11] This was a defining moment in my life.
[00:16:16] I still had a choice, right? I mean, most of you would say, no, you really didn't. Yeah, I did.
[00:16:24] But I did choose to go and help him.
[00:16:31] And I didn't know it at the time, but the response to go and help Gary and his father, but mainly Gary, would change the trajectory of my life.
[00:16:47] And here's how it did that. After I went and helped Gary and got him into a detox and then got him into a recovery center and then a transitional housing, and I began to mentor Gary. And here's what happened.
[00:17:05] From that moment forward, I have been helping addicts and alcoholics get well and not only get well, but find the great physician, Jesus.
[00:17:20] It was a defining moment for me.
[00:17:24] And then just recently, about a month ago, several people from Compass came up to me before one of our Sunday services, and they're like, hey, Pastor Paul, there's a guy that's speaking in different AA meetings. And we heard him today, and he mentioned you and how you helped him. And they said, do you remember Gary?
[00:17:53] I'm like, oh, my gosh, do I remember Gary? I lost touch with him.
[00:17:58] But they said, Gary is 25 years sober now, and he's coming to service today.
[00:18:08] So what is my point?
[00:18:12] God ordains defining moments that can change the trajectory of our life, that can also change the trajectory of another's life.
[00:18:21] I want to share one more with you.
[00:18:24] Another defining moment happened in my life.
[00:18:27] This is about 26 years ago, and I was head golf professional at one of the local golf courses.
[00:18:38] I had sobered up from my addiction, and I had a. This was a dream job, and I was playing in tournaments. And that was about the time where the Holy Spirit began to say, you know what? This isn't what I want you doing?
[00:18:53] And my response was, no, I'm good.
[00:18:57] I'm good.
[00:18:58] Well, we wrestled. You ever wrestle with the Lord?
[00:19:03] Right? We wrestled for about a year. And one of my mentors says, you know what? You can't wrestle with the Lord because your arms are too short.
[00:19:14] And I understand that today. But we were wrestling, and the Holy Spirit and others around me began to impress upon me, saying, you need to go into ministry. God. God has a call on your life. And I'm like, no, God has a call on my life to be a golf professional.
[00:19:30] And anyway, I was playing in a tournament in Evanston, and it was at the end of this wrestling match, and I was on the first tee, and I hit my first tee shot, and it went like this. It's called the slice over the fence.
[00:19:56] Not good in a professional tournament. And the other guys hit, because in a professional tournament, you can't just go up there and drop it and then keep going. You have to hit it again from here.
[00:20:07] So now I have to hit my third shot from right here. And I hit my third shot and the same thing happens, and it goes over the fence.
[00:20:17] Yeah. Oh, boy.
[00:20:19] So here's what I did. I slammed my club in my bag and I said, fine, you win. And I walked off.
[00:20:26] I quit golf. Like, fine, you win.
[00:20:31] Amen. Yeah, definitely a defining moment, right? Change the trajectory of my life.
[00:20:42] But let's fast forward last September, I oversee our support and recovery ministry for Compasses campuses. And we have a night at our Wheaton campus. And this particular Tuesday night, this guy walks in and he says to me, somebody told me to see this Paul guy.
[00:21:05] And I said, okay, well. Well, you found him.
[00:21:08] And he proceeded to tell me about his drinking and how bad it was. And I said, you know what? You're in the right place.
[00:21:15] So he went to one of the groups, and then he came out after, and we were talking, and I found out this guy was a big golfer. He knew some of the people that I knew.
[00:21:26] And he said to me, so why did you give up golf and go into ministry? I said, let me tell you the. The story of what happened. And I began to tell him the same story I'm telling you. And, you know, I said, yeah, I teed up my ball and boom, it went over the fence. And he goes, I'll tell you the rest of your story.
[00:21:46] Like, what do you mean?
[00:21:48] He said, yeah, you hit that ball over the fence. The other guys teed off.
[00:21:52] And then you teed off again, and you hit it over the fence again. And Then you slammed your club in your bag and you left. And all of us were standing there like, what the heck happened?
[00:22:01] And I'm like, wait a second, that was 26 years ago.
[00:22:05] He goes, I know I was there.
[00:22:09] I'm like, what do you mean you were there? He said, I was standing right next to you when the whole thing happened.
[00:22:15] And here's what he said to me. It's the first time he had ever walked into a church that day. Here's what he said. What a coincidence.
[00:22:24] And I'm like, huh?
[00:22:27] I'm going to go with providence.
[00:22:31] Good news about this guy. His name is Brian.
[00:22:35] And Brian, in the past year and a half, he hasn't touched a drop of alcohol. He has come to know Jesus as his Savior.
[00:22:45] He was baptized last month and he is now serving at our church.
[00:22:51] So is this all about me and how? No, no, no, no.
[00:22:57] I am just happen to be an ambassador for Jesus, just like all of us are.
[00:23:06] And we can all recall defining moments in our lives, right? Moments that change the trajectory of our life and maybe these moments that change the trajectory of the lives of those we encountered.
[00:23:22] And I want to encourage us to be sensitive to the people around us.
[00:23:29] I want to encourage us to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit inspired moments that he arranges.
[00:23:40] Because we just might not only change the trajectory of our lives, but change the trajectory of another.
[00:23:51] So far, what have we learned so far?
[00:23:54] Jesus cares about the practical things in our lives. Another takeaway is God arranges defining moments.
[00:24:00] Another takeaway from this passage is there are times that God puts undercover prophets in our lives and they're in plain sight.
[00:24:10] And then he speaks through them.
[00:24:14] Let's return to our passage.
[00:24:16] When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, they have no more wine. And Jesus said to her, woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come. And his mother said to the servants, do whatever he tells you.
[00:24:32] Mary had watched her son grow up from a teeny little baby.
[00:24:39] She knew who he was.
[00:24:40] She knew what he was capable of.
[00:24:43] And on the third day of this wedding in Cana, God the Father spoke through Mary to nudge Jesus to turn the water to wine at that moment.
[00:24:59] Now, could God the Father have spoken directly to Jesus? Of course he could have. He did it over and over again. But in this instance, God the Father chose to speak through Mary.
[00:25:17] I believe that God is still placing people in our lives not to predict the future like the Old Testament prophets, but to encourage us and to inspire us to nudge us and to challenge us.
[00:25:34] Many of you know this because I've told my story here before, but some of you don't. I was once a raging alcoholic. Could not stop.
[00:25:44] And on one of my worst days, I was in my room, and my father came in. He sat down next to me, and he said, champ.
[00:25:54] He always called me that. Didn't matter what straight state I was in.
[00:25:59] He said, champ, I know it doesn't seem like it today, but I believe in my heart of hearts that one day God's going to use you to do something wonderful.
[00:26:16] And he got up and he walked out. Now, of course, at that moment, I'm like, whatever.
[00:26:25] But that day, my dad was an undercover prophet, in plain sight, I believe, Sent by God to give me hope and to speak encouraging words of life to me.
[00:26:46] And several years ago, I officiated a funeral.
[00:26:53] A dear friend overdosed, and he left behind a wife and a baby girl.
[00:27:03] And at the wake, there was quite a few people, you know, maybe 50, 60, but I pretty much knew everyone. But in the corner, there was a woman, and she was holding a bag.
[00:27:20] And I asked around to see if anyone knew her, and no one knew who it was.
[00:27:27] So I thought, you know what? I want to go find out who this woman is and how she knew. Chris was the guy's name. And so I walked up and I said, hey, my name's Paul.
[00:27:39] I said, so, what brings you to Chris's funeral? I said, are you a friend of the family? Do you know Lexi? That was his wife. Do you know anyone? And she said, no, I don't know anyone.
[00:27:56] I said, then what brings you here today?
[00:28:01] And I noticed she was holding this bag, and she said, you know, two months ago, I lost my husband in the same way to an overdose.
[00:28:13] And she said, a woman came when I was at my lowest low in the depths. And she came in, and she had a bag just like this one.
[00:28:26] And she had in that bag things that would comfort me. You know, little things, maybe a. A notebook and maybe a CD back then, or maybe some bath salts, but just things that she thought would comfort me in my time of need. And she said, you know, I thought I would come here and do the same for Lexi.
[00:28:55] Amazing.
[00:28:58] Her name was Andrew.
[00:29:00] She was an undercover prophet.
[00:29:02] And she spoke with Lexi. And I remember seeing them. And, you know, she was hugging her. Never met her before, hugging her. And they were crying together, and she spoke encouraging words to Lexie. And her very presence comforted a grieving wife at a time of great loss.
[00:29:25] Today, God has placed me here today.
[00:29:31] I believe I'm an undercover prophet in plain sight for you.
[00:29:37] And I believe God has sent me here to encourage you today, to encourage you, to tell you that Jesus loves you.
[00:29:48] In fact, his love for you is so wide that it covers every sin.
[00:29:53] Jesus love for you is so long that it lasts for all eternity. It's so deep that it is able to reach you in your darkest and deepest despair. And it is so high that it can carry you to heaven.
[00:30:09] I believe God has sent me here to be your undercover prophet, to remind you that Jesus not only died, but on that cross and rose again for your forgiveness. Not only so that you would be redeemed and so that your sins would be remitted, which means never to be brought up again. But I believe that he sent me here to tell you that he has for you an abundant life.
[00:30:38] I believe he's brought me here today to challenge you right here, right now, to confess that sin that you seem to keep going back to and to repent, to throw it off, to turn away from it because it's keeping you from enjoying the abundant life that Jesus does died for you to have.
[00:31:15] And I believe he sent me here to inspire you to take advantage of those God arranged defining moments because they're going to change the trajectory of your life and they just might change the trajectory of someone else's life.
[00:31:36] And I believe he's sent me here to nudge you and to act on opportunities to comfort others with the same comfort that Jesus has comforted you.
[00:31:52] God will call each of you to be an undercover prophet in plain sight.
[00:31:59] He will call you to speak life to people.
[00:32:06] He will call you to encourage people, to inspire people, to challenge people, to nudge people and to comfort others.
[00:32:18] And your words and your actions will have the power to change the trajectory of people's lives.
[00:32:33] One more takeaway.
[00:32:37] Verse 3.
[00:32:39] When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, jesus, they have no more wine.
[00:32:48] And what did Mary do here? She identified a problem and she got Jesus involved when the problem came up. Mary didn't try to fix the problem.
[00:33:00] She didn't fret, she didn't panic.
[00:33:03] She simply said, we have a situation here, Jesus, they are out of wine.
[00:33:11] She recognized the problem and she got Jesus involved immediately.
[00:33:18] We all need to follow the example of Mary, the way that she dealt with a problem instead of trying to control it, instead of panicking, instead of trying to manipulate it, instead of trying to fix it.
[00:33:35] We need to first get Jesus involved when we are facing A problem in our lives. We do not have to know what to do. We just need to know who. We need to get involved.
[00:33:53] And maybe you're here today and someone you love is having a problem.
[00:34:02] Maybe instead of trying to fix them or fix the problem, maybe it's time to get Jesus involved.
[00:34:14] Maybe you're here today, you're struggling from a loss, struggling with a relationship.
[00:34:20] Maybe your marriage has hit a speed bump or maybe a wall.
[00:34:26] Maybe you're here this morning, you're suffering from a past or present hurt or an addiction, or you're suffering from maybe depression or anxiety, or maybe you just need some support right now. I want to encourage you.
[00:34:43] Get Jesus involved.
[00:34:48] One specific way that you can get Jesus involved is to come to one of our Care nights at Compass Church. It's in Naperville. It's not too far.
[00:35:02] And at Care night, we have 17 different groups, support groups.
[00:35:10] And Care Night is a place where Jesus hangs out and where people find spiritual health and hope and healing.
[00:35:18] And I or Compass, we're not trying to like lure you away from Village East. No, not at all. But we can provide a place. We do provide a place where you can get healing, healed up and you can receive support and then come back again Thursday nights at 7 o'. Clock. It's just an invitation.
[00:35:42] It's a way to get Jesus involved with whatever you're facing.
[00:35:48] And whether we can't find our car keys or peace or it feels like the odds are stacked against us, we should get Jesus involved.
[00:36:01] In this passage that John records Jesus molecular miracle.
[00:36:08] We learn that Jesus cares about the practical things in our life.
[00:36:13] We learn that God arranges defining moments.
[00:36:16] We learn that sometimes God places undercover prophets, sometimes he places other as undercover prophets in plain sight.
[00:36:27] And we have learned that when we have something going on or a friend or a family member has something going on, the best thing that we can do is to get Jesus involved.
[00:36:42] And I said this to begin with. There are 34 distinct miracles and signs recorded in the Gospels and many that are not recorded.
[00:36:54] And every single one of these miracles, I like that John calls them signs.
[00:37:02] They have spiritual significance and they also have an eternal significance.
[00:37:12] And John explains this in. In chapter 20, verses 30 through 31, John tells us Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples which are not recorded in this book.
[00:37:28] But John says these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, that Jesus is the Savior.
[00:37:39] And I've written these down. John is saying so that you would believe that he is the son of God.
[00:37:45] And I've written all of these down so that you can and you will believe that you may have eternal life in his name.
[00:37:57] So all of these miracles are awesome and incredible, but they are signs to point us to Jesus.
[00:38:10] All of us have sinned, we've missed the mark.
[00:38:17] And the Bible is crystal clear about telling all of us and all of mankind that the consequences of our sin, the consequences of missing the mark is death.
[00:38:29] And first it's spiritual death and then it's physical death and then it's an eternal death separate from the source of the life.
[00:38:37] And the Bible is also crystal clear to tell us that there is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood.
[00:38:46] Actually, without the shedding of perfect blood, we couldn't even sacrifice ourself for forgiveness. It had to be Jesus.
[00:38:58] Jesus, the one who knew no sin, took on our sin to rescue us from an eternity separate from God and to give us an abundant life here on earth.
[00:39:17] Have you trusted Jesus as your savior?
[00:39:22] Have you come to the end of yourself? Have you been able to say, you know what?
[00:39:27] I have missed a mark. I know it.
[00:39:31] And how do I get back?
[00:39:34] God made a way, his one and only son.
[00:39:38] He provided the way by dying on the cross, shedding his blood, taking our sins to the grave and resurrecting without him.
[00:39:47] And if we place our trust in him, we're forgiven.
[00:39:51] Our slate is wiped clean.
[00:39:54] The Holy Spirit takes up residence in us and helps us to be overcomers and to live an abundant life.
[00:40:03] Have you trusted Jesus as your savior?
[00:40:08] And if right here you're saying I might have, I thought have. I think you haven't yet. But I believe that God wants you to do that right now.
[00:40:20] So I'm going to say a prayer and if that's you this morning, just follow along with me and make it your prayer. All right, let's bow our heads.
[00:40:31] God, I have sinned against you.
[00:40:36] I have broken your commandments willingly and some not willingly, but I know I have.
[00:40:47] And God, I'm sorry.
[00:40:52] Right now, God would you forgive me?
[00:40:57] And right now God, I am trusting in your son Jesus that came for me. I'm placing my trust in his blood that he sacrificed.
[00:41:12] Jesus, be my savior and God, help me to live a new way.
[00:41:22] Help me to live for you.
[00:41:24] In Jesus name, amen.
